Overdue Paint Job
I've lived in my house for 7 years and have never painted the living room. Ooops. Do you think it needs painting!? I would say yes and very overdue.....
My paint-boy "Gary" started prepping this week. As Martha Stewart says "prepping is 90% of the paint job" and he has a lot of prepping to do.
As for colors, if i look at another paint swatch my head is going to explode. I've been to Pittsburg Paint, Sherwin Williams and Lowes looking at swatches. I have taped them on the wall, looked at them in the morning, noon and night....in sun and clouds......
Gary has promised to finish by next thursday for girls night at my house......if you ask me he'll be there night and day to meet the deadline.

Lisa Toland
My absolutely favorite jewerly designer is back at SoBo. Lisa Toland. She is back from a sabbatical she took last year and we received our new order yesterday! Lisa creates these amazing pins from crochet wire mesh and beadwork.......I've never seen anything like it. The brooches are so unique and vintage-looking...I LOVE THEM!!
gigantic pussy willows
I bought these gigantic pussy willows this week at http://bloomsdirect.com/ I love the back cooler there and always find something fabulous for a fresh store display.
The pussy willows were like 6 ft tall with huge fuzzy blossoms.....I had to have them for our recycled glass bottles. They look so cool and definately say 'early spring is here'.
