Taco Trucks in Columbus!

Living in the heart of the Mission district in San Francisco for 11 years, taco trucks were the norm. Cheap, tasty, Latino food. Seemed like every other street corner there was a colorful van peddling tacos, torta's and carnitas. I still get cravings for a simple, fresh, chicken taco....

And now, finally....taco trucks in Columbus! They're on the outskirts of town and in obscure locations but they're here! Just wish one would pull up in our SoBo Style parking behind the store!

Photo Holders

Two of my favorite creative people, Sandy and Joe, made these funky photo holders for us. Using found cast iron lamp parts and embellished with vintage shoe buckles, they are truely one-of-a-kind. What a unique way to display old photographs or keepsake cards

I screamed for joy when I took these dog lamp bases turned photo holders out of the box! They totally remind me of my Mia and are now proudly displayed on my mantel! Thanks Sandy and Joe! I love them!

Mi Nuevo Amigo

Meet mi nuevo amigo, Juan. A gift from Sandy and Joe of Rhubarb Reign. He is right at home under my leather leaf viburnum in my backyard. Pictured below are some of my other amigos I have collected over the years......I call them the "sitting fiesta guy", the "sombrero sleeper" amongst other names and they are all mi amigos!

Vintage Watch Jewelry

Love this new vintage watch jewelry that Heather, from Maddie Lisee, has made for us! She uses old watch parts and found jewelry bits and pieces to create a truly one-of-a-kind look. We sold 2 pieces today as we were unpacking the box. I'll definitely be wearing my new necklace tomorrow!

Loaded

I finally have the rose bush I've always wanted! My New Dawn climbing rose is LOADED with buds this year! It completely covers the fence and loves the full sun!
